SDF, Dronamics announce manufacturing JV for Black Swan cargo drone


The UAE’s Strategic Improvement Fund (SDF) and Dronamics introduced that they signed a time period sheet to arrange a three way partnership (JV) to provide the Black Swan cargo drones to fulfil the worldwide demand and necessities for Dronamics’ worldwide and native prospects.

The JV will represent the primary serial manufacturing plant for the Dronamics Black Swan plane, says a launch from Dronamics.

“In late 2022, SDF, via its enterprise capital division, invested in Dronamics and is its largest investor up to now.
