Tianming Liu: We’ve known about artificial intelligence for years. For traditional AI, people use a specific dataset and train a specific model for a specific task. AGI is completely different. General intelligence means that we have the same foundational model that can be used to detect anything—a cat, a dog, a human, whatever. It is one model for everything. That’s a very important difference.
