Google’s beta test of the next iteration of its mobile operating system is ongoing, and on schedule. Today the company released Android 14 Beta 3, and this one marks what Google calls “platform stability”. This means that the developer APIs and all app-facing behaviors in the OS are now final, and won’t change until the mass market release.
