The upcoming Moto Razr+ 2023 will flaunt a 3.5-inch cover screen, according to Lenovo China General Manager Chen Jin. The executive had earlier shared a teaser video of the smartphone on Weibo, offering a glimpse at the design.

The smartphone maker has been teasing the Razr+ 2023 over the past week. Going by the teasers, the handset will feature a high refresh rate and a large external display. Here’s everything we know about the upcoming smartphone.

That’s a whopping 30 percent increase when compared to the Razr 2022, which features a 2.7-inch cover display. As for the design, it appears to be similar to the Vivo X Flip, a clamshell smartphone which debuted last week.

Motorola Razr+ 2023 Rumored Features

According to reports, the Moto Razr+ will arrive as the premium smartphone in the upcoming foldable series. The lineup could also include a vanilla Razr 2023, which could get a smaller display compared to the Razr+.

Earlier this month, the Motorola Razr+ surfaced on various certification sites, revealing a few key features. The FCC listing indicates that the handset will include support for multiple 5G bands.

As for the battery, the smartphone will feature a dual-cell battery with a capacity of 3,640mAh and support for 33W fast charging. That’s a slight improvement over its predecessor, which came with a 3,500mAh battery and 30W fast charging.

Additionally, the Razr+ could be powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The smartphone may ship with Android 13-based My UX. It could get a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security.

While there’s no word on the launch date, the steady flow of teasers indicates that the Razr+ could be debuting soon. Other features are still under wraps, however, we can expect it to share some similarities with its predecessor, the Moto Razr 2022.
