Renders of the Moto G 5G 2023, which will succeed last year’s Moto G smartphone, have surfaced online. The leaked images reveal that the upcoming handset will look pretty much similar to the 2022 model, except for some camera modifications.
Moto G 5G 2023 Renders
Serial tipster SnoopyTech has leaked renders of the Moto G 2023, revealing that the smartphone will come in gray and black color options. The front, back, and side panel were showcased via the renders, offering a close look at the design.

The front panel of the Moto G 2023 sports a hole-punch notch which will house the selfie camera. At the right-hand side are the volume and power buttons, while a USB Type-C port, a speaker grille, and a 3.5mm audio jack can be seen at the bottom.
Meanwhile, the back panel reveals the camera specs of the upcoming smartphone. As seen in the leaked renders, the Moto G 2023 will have a dual-camera array at the rear, comprising a 48MP main camera and a secondary camera. It is flanked by an LED flash.
While the other specifications of the Moto G 2023 remain under wraps, it is speculated that the price of the handset will be in the $400 range. The smartphone will launch exclusively in the US.
Moto G 5G 2022 Recap
We can expect the upcoming Moto G to inherit some features from last year’s model. The Moto G 2022 sports a 6.5-inch HD+ panel with a refresh rate of 90Hz. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor. There’s also a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging.
While the leaked renders reveal that the 2023 model will have a dual camera setup, last year’s model came with a triple camera array. The Moto G 2022 features a 50MP main camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. At the front, there’s a 13MP camera for selfies.
