Samsung Galaxy A24 affordable 4G smartphone announced: Check Price, Specifications, Availability

Samsung has officially unveiled a new budget smartphone in its Galaxy A series. The Galaxy A24 is the latest affordable 4G smartphone from Samsung and arrives with an octa-core processor, a triple-camera setup, an AMOLED display, a large battery, and the latest software.

The Samsung Galaxy A24 price and availability are yet to be revealed. However, the phone will come in two configurations – 6GB/128GB and 8GB/128GB. So let’s look at the specifications of Samsung’s latest budget handset.

Samsung Galaxy A24 Specifications

The Samsung Galaxy A24 is powered by an octa-core chip with a clock speed of 2.2 GHz, presumably the MediaTek Helio G99 SoC. The phone also comes with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage that is expandable via a microSD card. The phone runs on Android 13 with OneUI 5.1 on top.

For optics, the Galaxy A24 gets a triple-camera setup on the back with a 50 MP primary sensor with OIS support. The main camera is paired with a 5 MP ultrawide unit and a 2 MP macro lens. The phone’s waterdrop notch houses a 13 MP selfie camera.

The Galaxy A24 packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 25W fast charging support, although there’s no mention of an adapter in the box. Lastly, the handset sports a 6.5-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 1,000 nits.

Samsung Galaxy A24 Price, Availability (Expected)

The Samsung Galaxy A24 India and global release is yet to be announced. While the South Korean tech giant hasn’t confirmed any details on pricing, previous reports suggest that the Samsung Galaxy A24 price will start from under EUR 200 (roughly Rs 18,000).
