Xiaomi has unveiled its latest flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, in China. The smartphone features a Leica-tuned camera array, a 2K AMOLED display, and is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.
The brand claims that the Xiaomi 13 Ultra has the brightest display among smartphones, featuring a peak brightness of 2,600 nits. Let’s have a look at the full specs of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra.

Xiaomi 13 Ultra Features
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra features a metal alloy body with a new faux leather material on top. The material is reported to have an anti-bacterial and anti-yellow coating on top. Meanwhile, the smartphone has a protruding Leica-branded camera bump at the rear.
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra sports a 6.73-inch LTPO panel with a 2K resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels. The display features a variable refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of 2,600 nits. The smartphone has curved edges with a punch-hole cutout at the top for the selfie shooter.
When it comes to imaging, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra features a Leica Vario-Summicron lens. The smartphone has a quad-camera array which is headlined by a 1-inch Sony IMX989 50MP primary camera. The sensor features a variable aperture that can be adjusted to f/1.9 or f/4.0.
The main camera is accompanied by a 50MP Sony IMX858 ultra-wide lens, along with two 50MP Sony IMX858 telephoto sensors with 2.5x and 5x optical zoom. At the front, there’s a 32MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
Powering the flagship smartphone is a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. The Xiaomi 13 Ultra features a massive 5,000mAh battery with support for 90W wired and 50W wireless charging. Xiaomi claims that the smartphone can be fully charged in 35 minutes via fast charging.
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra boots Android 13-based MIUI 14 out of the box. The smartphone is IP68-rated for water and dust resistance and also features an in-display fingerprint sensor for security.
Xiaomi 13 Ultra Pricing, Availability
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra costs 5,999 yuan (around ₹71,500) for the base model with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. Meanwhile, the version with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage is priced at 6,499 yuan (around ₹77,555). Finally, the high-end version with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage costs 7,299 yuan (around ₹87,000).
The smartphone comes in olive green, white, and black color options. The Xiaomi 13 Ultra will first arrive in China, followed by a global launch. Unfortunately, there’s no word on the exact sale dates.
