Motorola’s upcoming Razr 40 Ultra has made its way to the Geekbench database, sporting 8GB RAM. The device also appeared on the Canadian REL certification site and RDRA earlier this month.

The new Motorola Razr 40 Ultra, aka the Motorola Razr+ 2023, is expected to be announced in the coming months. The smartphone was also seen on China’s CQC website, hinting at an imminent launch. Here’s everything we know about the phone so far.

The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra arrived on Geekbench with the model number Motorola XT2321-1, as spotted by MySmartPrice. According to reports, the smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor with a max clock speed of 3.19GHz.

As per the listing, the Razr 40 Ultra will feature 8GB RAM. The smartphone may also get a 12GB option. Additionally, the database listing reveals that the device will boot Android 13 out of the box.

As for the Geekbench score, the Razr 40 Ultra bagged 1285 points in the single-core test. Meanwhile, the smartphone secured 3810 points in the multi-core test.

Motorola Razr 40 Ultra Rumored Specs

The smartphone recently appeared on the TDRA and REL certification sites, with the monikers Motorola Razr 40 Ultra and Razr+ 2023. They were listed with the model numbers Motorola XT2321-3 and Motorola XT2321-1, indicating that the devices will likely debut in different markets with a different branding.

Past rumors suggest that the Motorola Razr+ will feature a 6.7-inch foldable OLED panel on the inside. The display will likely feature a refresh rate of 144Hz and a full HD+ resolution.

As for the outer cover display, the smartphone could sport a screen that’s even bigger than that of the Oppo Find N2 Flip. Additionally, the Motorola Razr+ could feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security.

The upcoming smartphone will reportedly feature a 3640mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging. We can expect the device to feature a punch-hole cutout at the front for the selfie camera. Meanwhile, the phone is reported to get dual cameras with an LED flash at the rear.
