The Xiaomi 13 Ultra is set to make its debut next week. However, ahead of the launch, Xiaomi has been teasing major details about its upcoming flagship smartphone. And the latest one highlights the Xiaomi 13 Ultra’s camera prowess.
The latest teaser by the company, showcases a device that looks more like a camera than a smartphone, hinting to the Xiaomi 13 Ultra’s imaging capabilities. Additionally, reports also suggests that Xiaomi will also release a few peripherals along with its latest 13 Ultra smartphone.

Xiaomi 13 Ultra Cameras
According to a report by TechGoing, the teaser reveals Xiaomi’s “ultra photography kits” for its upcoming flagship. The kit features a leather construction and a dedicated camera shutter and a zoom dial. Xiaomi previously teased details about the 13 Ultra’s quad-camera setup on the back.
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra launch in China is taking place on April 18 alongside the Xiaomi Pad 6 and Xiaomi Band 8. Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun revealed that the smartphone will retain the 1-inch 50MP Sony IMX989 primary sensor from the Xiaomi 13 Pro and Xiaomi 12S Ultra. The main camera will be paired with three 50 MP Sony IMX 858 sensors for the ultrawide, telephoto, and periscope lenses.
Xiaomi 13 Ultra Specifications (Expected)
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. The Xiaomi 13 Ultra is expected to feature a 6.7-inch Quad HD+ AMOLED LTPO display with a 120Hz variable refresh rate.
Apart from the quad-camera setup, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will also feature a 32 MP selfie camera. The device is expected to run MIUI 14 custom skin based on Android 13. The smartphone could pack a 4,900mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging and 50W wireless charging.
