The Motorola Edge 40, which was spotted on Geekbench by Pricebaba, will be powered by an MT6891Z processor, which is an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1100. This contradicts past reports which suggest that the Edge 40 will be equipped with a Dimensity 8020 processor.

The Motorola Edge 40 was seen on Geekbench with 8GB RAM. When it comes to the operating system, it will boot Android 13 out of the box, which will likely feature My UX 5.0 on top.

As for the Geekbench score, the smartphone scored 1105 points in the single-core test and bagged 3542 points in the multi-core test.

The Motorola Edge 40 is expected to sport a 6.55-inch pOLED panel. It may feature a Full HD+ resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixel and a refresh rate of 144Hz, Additionally, the smartphone could support HDR10+ and a peak brightness of 1200 nits.
