Xiaomi recently confirmed it will launch the Xiaomi 13 Ultra on April 18, 2023, in China. A Chinese app store accidentally revealed the launch date of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra recently. Xiaomi 13 Ultra Design Renders Suggest Premium Looks And Confirm Rear Camera Setup

Xiaomi hasn’t started teasing the Xiaomi 13 Ultra. Hence, the actual design and looks of the flagship Android smartphone aren’t known. Still, the leaked design renders seem to match the specifications and features which were leaked a few days ago.

The leaked renders of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra denote a large curved display, which is housing a front-facing camera nestled inside a punch-hold cutout.

Earlier leaks about the Xiaomi 13 Ultra had repeatedly mentioned a quad camera setup on the back of the premium smartphone. The latest renders have the setup and even reveal the presence of the periscope camera.

According to the renders, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will have a height of 163.18 mm, and a width of 74.64 mm. The phone is tipped to be 15.61 mm thick. Needless to mention, such a thickness is unheard of for a smartphone.

The rumored thickness includes the protruding camera bump. And embedding four 50MP camera sensors will certainly increase the thickness significantly.

The Xiaomi 13 Ultra is tipped to feature a 6.7-inch quad HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz variable refresh rate. The leaked renders suggest that the display has an under-display fingerprint scanner.

The flagship Android smartphone from Xiaomi should be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, which would be paired with up to 16GB RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage.

The primary difference between the Xiaomi 13 Pro and the Ultra variants is in the photography hardware. The Xiaomi 13 Ultra is tipped to feature four 50MP rear cameras. There could be a 50MP primary camera with a 1-inch Sony IMX989 sensor, accompanied by a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens and two 50MP telephoto cameras, one of which may offer 3x optical zoom There should be a 32MP front-facing camera for selfies, video calls, and face unlock.

Previous leaks about the flagship smartphone have indicated the smartphone has a 4,900mAh battery with 90W fast charging. The smartphone should run Android 13 OS with a custom layer of MIUI 14.
