Vivo has launched a new series in India. The Vivo Y100A is the second Android smartphone under the new series and is similar to the Vivo Y100, which launched earlier this year.

Vivo seems to be offering multiple mid-range Android smartphones. The Vivo Y100A features a large 90Hz AMOLED screen, 8GB RAM, 64MP primary camera, and much more. Let’s look at all the available details such as specifications, features, and availability of the Vivo Y100A.

The Vivo Y100A features a 6.38-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The 1080p screen supports the DCI-P3 color gamut and has a peak brightness of 1,300 nits. A water-drop-shaped cutout that houses the selfie camera.

An octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC powers the Vivo Y100A. The chipset is paired with 8GB of RAM, and buyers can choose between 128GB and 256GB of internal storage. Buyers can also add 8GB of Virtual RAM.

The Vivo Y100A has a triple-camera setup on the back, comprising a 64MP primary camera. It is accompanied by a 2MP depth sensor, 2MP macro lens, and an LED flash. The Vivo Y100A will be available in Metal Black, Twilight Gold, and Pacific Blue. The smartphone has a color-changing back panel. Vivo has confirmed the availability of the smartphone in India. However, the brand hasn’t revealed any details regarding the price and availability of the Vivo Y100A.

Vivo launched the Vivo Y100 in India in February. The smartphone is available majorly via physical retail outlets for around ₹25,000. It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC. Given the specifications and features of the Vivo Y100A, Vivo may offer the smartphone at a similar price.
