Samsung’s flagship tablet series, the upcoming Galaxy Tab S9, has seen its fair share of leaks. From its supposed three models to specs leaks, the upcoming tablets from the South Korean giant are looking to pack a punch. If the three models weren’t enough, two Geekbench listings reveal what might be a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE or a Lite model.

A Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE/ Lite Could Be in the Works

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 and the S9 Ultra have been spotted on Geekbench in the past with model numbers SM-X716B and SM-X916B. This time, two new devices have popped up bearing the numbers SM-X516B and SM-X616B.

Both models have different scores, with the SM-X516B posting a higher number than the SM-X516B. In terms of specifications, both models sport an Exynos 1380 SoC, the same chipset found in the recently launched Galaxy A54 5G.

The differences don’t end there as the SM-X516B has 6GB of RAM onboard while the SM-X616B has 8GB. Both devices run the latest Android 13 OS.

New Geekbench Leak Fuels Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE/Lite Rumors

It is currently unclear whether these devices are the rumored Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE or the Lite version. This uncertainty arises from the fact that Samsung did not release either of these models in last year’s Galaxy Tab S8 series.

However, it is worth noting that the Tab S7 lineup featured an FE model, and the Tab S6 had a Lite variant, suggesting that Samsung may continue this trend with their newest tablet releases.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Rumored Specifications

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 series is expected to receive significant upgrades compared to its predecessor, including an enhanced camera setup, AKG-tuned speakers for premium audio quality, and improved software for a better user experience.

However, it remains uncertain whether all Tab S9 models will be equipped with OLED displays, as there has been no information regarding the display specifications.
