The Vivo X90 series is scheduled to debut in India on April 26, 2023, if the latest report is to be believed. The X90 lineup for India is expected to comprise the Vivo X90 and the Vivo X90 Pro.
Back in November last year, Vivo launched the Vivo X90, X90 Pro, and X90 Pro+ in China. This was followed by the launch of the Vivo X90 in select global markets. The smartphones will soon arrive in India as well, according to a Pricebaba report.
Vivo X90 Series Launch Timeline
The report, citing tipster Yogesh Brar, states that the flagship phone will debut in the country on April 26. As mentioned previously, the Vivo X90 series will include the Vivo X90 and the X90 Pro.
Additionally, Brar claims that the smartphones could be priced between ₹60,000 to ₹90,000. Do note that Vivo has not officially announced the launch date for the upcoming smartphones.
Vivo X90 Series Features
Both the Vivo X90 and X90 Pro will feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel. The display will have a Full HD+ resolution of 1,260 x 2,800 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 1300 nits peak brightness.
The Vivo X90 series will be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 9200 processor. It could be paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Additionally, the smartphones will get a proprietary Vivo V2 imaging processor.
Speaking of imaging, the Vivo X90 will sport a triple-camera array at the rear. It will include a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultrawide lens, and a 12MP portrait sensor. At the front, it could get a 32MP camera for selfies and video calls.
As for the Vivo X90 Pro, the smartphone will feature a triple-camera setup, which will be headlined by a 1-inch 50MP Sony IMX989 sensor. It will be paired with a 50MP portrait lens and a 12MP ultrawide sensor. It will feature a 32MP selfie shooter.
According to the report, the vanilla Vivo X90 will feature a 4,810mAh battery. Meanwhile, the Vivo X90 Pro will feature a slightly larger 4,870mAh unit. Both phones will feature 120W wired fast charging support.
