iQOO Z7x 5G Makes an Appearance on Google Play Console with Snapdragon 695 Processor and 8GB RAM – Gizbot News

iQOO recently launched the highly-anticipated Z7 5G in India. Alongside, the Chinese tech giant also launched the Z7x 5G which made its debut in Indonesia recently. Although the mid-range smartphone is yet to bag a launch date in India, it has been spotted on the Google Play Console with key specifications including the Snapdragon 695 processor and 8GB of RAM.

The iQOO Z7x 5G, which bears the model number I2216, is a global variant of the smartphone with a Qualcomm SM6375 SoC, which translates to the Snapdragon 695 processor-a mid-range 6nm chipset, according to the Google Play Console listing. The processor includes two Cortex A78 cores running at 2.2GHz and six A55 cores running at 1.8GHz. The phone boasts an Adreno 619 GPU and 8GB of Memory.

The listing also reveals that the phone sports a 6.64-inch, 120Hz, Full HD+ display with a resolution of 1080 x 2388 pixels. As for software, it will come with Android 13 out of the box with the global variant having Funtouch OS 13 layered on top of the OS.

Coming to optics, the Z7x 5G will feature a dual-camera setup consisting of a primary 50MP camera and a secondary 2MP depth sensor. The front-facing camera is an 8MP sensor housed in the hole-punch cutout at the center of the display.

The Z7x 5G global variant will pack a meaty 6,000mAh battery and will support 80W wired fast charging.

Will iQOO Z7x 5G Launch in India?

There is no information on whether the phone will launch in India. If the phone does make its way to the country, it might sit below the Z7 5G.

For comparison, the Z7 5G sports a MediaTek Dimensity 920 processor, up to 8GB of RAM, a dual 64MP camera setup, and a 4,500mAh battery. It retails for a starting price of ₹18,999 for the 6/128GB variant.
