Xiaomi launched the Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro in multiple markets outside China around MWC 2023 in February. Rumors about the Xiaomi 13 Ultra were circulating even during that time. Now, the specifications and features of the premium Android smartphone have leaked online.

As the name implies, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra is the top-end model in the Xiaomi 13 series. The flagship Android smartphone with uncompromised hardware may launch this quarter. Let’s take a look at all the available information about the flagship smartphone.

Xiaomi 13 Ultra Leaked Specifications, Features

Xiaomi has officially acknowledged the existence of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, let alone confirm the smartphone’s launch. Hence, the specifications and features of the premium Android smartphone have been collated from leaks and rumors.

The Xiaomi 13 Ultra is tipped to sport a 6.7-inch Quad HD+ AMOLED LTPO display with a 120Hz variable refresh rate. The handset may feature flat edges on the side.

The current flagship chipset from Qualcomm is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, which should be embedded inside the Xiaomi 13 Ultra. The powerful SoC is tipped to be paired with either 12GB or 16GB of RAM. Buyers may get to choose between 256GB and 512GB of internal storage.

The exact specifications of the RAM and storage aren’t known yet, but they should be of the latest available technology such as LPDDR5X and UFS 4.0. Although the leak doesn’t specify, there could be a variant of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra with 16GB RAM and 1TB internal storage.

The Xiaomi 13 Ultra is tipped to feature quad cameras on the back, headlined by a 50MP primary camera with a 1-inch Sony IMX989 sensor. The other sensors are rumored to be a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens and two 50MP telephoto cameras. The flagship smartphone may have a 32MP shooter on the front for selfies, video calls, and face unlock. There should be an under-display fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication.

The Xiaomi 13 is expected to run MIUI 14 custom skin which is based on Android 13. The leak claims the Xiaomi 13 Ultra is expected to pack a 4900mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging and 50W wireless charging.

The Xiaomi 13 Pro supports 120W wired fast charging. As there’s still time for the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, Xiaomi may make some hardware changes to position the Xiaomi 13 Ultra above the Xiaomi 13 Pro.
