Twitter is abuzz with rumors of the upcoming launch of the Poco C51 smartphone in India. Twitter account Tech Updates first posted the specifications and date of the Poco C51 smartphone in India.

As per the Twitter account, the Poco C51 will launch on April 7 in India. The account has also shared that the smartphone will be available on Flipkart. Let’s take a look at all the details and specifications of the Poco C51.

The Twitter leak has shared an image of what appears to be a promotional poster of the device. It mentions a few key specifications of the device, such as a powerful MediaTek Helio G36 processor, a 6.52-inch display, and 7GB of Turbo RAM.

Another promotional poster that has leaked online reveals further details about the smartphone. According to the images, the smartphone will have an 8MP dual AI camera, rear fingerprint scanner, Android 13 Go, and a 5,000mAh battery.

The promotional poster mentions a “5,000mAh weekend battery”, and we can only assume that they mean that the smartphone battery will last for two days or rather over the weekend.

However, Xiaomi has already announced a few specifications of the Poco C51 on its website. The Poco C51 will have a 6.52-inch IPS LCD display with a screen resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels and a refresh rate of 60Hz.

The website also mentions that the Poco C51 will run on an octa-core MediaTek Helio G36 processor manufactured on a 12nm process paired with a PowerVR GE8320 GPU.

It is likely to come with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage space. However, the leaked promotional poster points out that the device will have 3GB of RAM and a virtual RAM option of 4GB. Moreover, the storage space can also be expanded up to 1TB using a microSD card.

The device comes with an 8MP rear camera that has an f/2.0 aperture. At the front is a 5MP camera with f/2.4 aperture.

The smartphone is said to boot the latest Android 13 Go. It will have a fingerprint sensor. It has a dual SIM card slot. It will run on a 5,000mAh Li-Po battery. However, do note that the website mentions that the smartphone does not come with fast charging technology.

Connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS + GLONASS, Micro USB port.

Poco C51 Price and Availability

The website claims the price of the Poco C51 to be $105 and approximately ₹8085 in India. However, we can know the exact pricing in India only when it is launched. The leaked promotional poster does not mention or hint at its pricing.

As per the website, the C51 will be available in green, blue, and black colors. The leaked promotional posters also give a glimpse of the smartphone in black and blue colors.
